Is UNDICI11 whole bean or ground coffee?

UNDICI11 is whole-bean coffee. You will need a suitable grinder or a machine with a built-in grinder.

What size is the bag?

Every bag contains 500 g of whole-bean coffee. The two-bag option contains two separate, individually sealed 500 g bags. We do not sell a single 1 kg bag.

What do the two options cost?

One 500 g bag is $32 plus $9.95 standard US shipping. Two 500 g bags are $64 total with free standard US shipping. The coffee remains $32 per bag; the saving is the shipping charge.

What kind of coffee experience is it designed for?

UNDICI11 is created around old-school Italian espresso, with a velvety texture and rich, full body. It can also form the foundation of a cappuccino.

How should I store it?

Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, heat, and moisture. Reseal after opening.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $9.95 for one bag and free on coffee orders of $64 or more—two bags at the regular $32 price. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I return my coffee?

All coffee sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, taste preferences, or ordering the wrong item. This applies to opened and unopened bags.
